Designed to protect both parties and create a working relationship built on clarity, accountability, and mutual respect.

Intellectual Property
Full IP ownership transfers to i8 Antropy upon receipt of final milestone payment. All source code, design files, documentation, and third-party accounts transferred at handover. No ongoing licensing fees.
Design Revisions
Three full rounds of design revisions included per module — covering layout, typography, colour, and copy. Additional rounds billed based on mutually agreed scope. Major scope changes require a written amendment.
Post-Launch Support
30 days of complimentary bug-fix support after each module launch. Critical production bugs responded to within 4 hours. Optional ongoing retainer covering monitoring, updates, and priority support.
Timeline Commitments
Milestones are contingent on timely content delivery, feedback rounds completed within 5 business days, and API credentials / third-party access provided as scheduled. Client-side delays do not constitute contractor breach.
Confidentiality
All project materials, business strategy, user data, and commercial terms are strictly confidential. An NDA is signed at contract execution. This proposal must not be distributed without written consent.
Governing Law
This engagement is governed by the courts of India. All disputes subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Seat of arbitration: Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Language: English.
